What goes into a custom hat price

Every custom hat order has three cost components:

  1. The blank hat itself. Wholesale cost of the un-decorated cap, ranging from $4-10 per hat depending on brand and model.
  2. Decoration. Embroidery, UV DTF, heat transfer, or patch application. $1-5 per hat depending on method and complexity.
