Shipping, taxes, and additional customization fees may apply.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

6. Production Time

Production typically takes 5–10 business days depending on order size and customization complexity. Rush orders may be available upon request.

Delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, or artwork revisions.

7. Shipping

Shipping times vary based on location and selected carrier. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of wholesale and custom products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on customized items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

By submitting logos or artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the content. We are not responsible for trademark or copyright violations.
