Returns & Cancellations Policy
At Hatline Wholesale, we are committed to providing quality products and exceptional service to our wholesale and retail customers. Due to the custom nature of many of our offerings, please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
How to Request a Return or Cancellation
All return and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@hatlinewholesale.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, item details, and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved. Returns shipped without an RA number will not be accepted.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-decorated merchandise (embroidered, screen-printed, heat-pressed, etc.)
- Personalized or made-to-order items
- Clearance, closeout, or discontinued products
- Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the buyer
Sample Orders
Sample orders placed for quality review or decoration testing are non-returnable. We recommend ordering samples before committing to bulk purchases to ensure product suitability.
Custom & Decorated Merchandise
All custom and decorated orders are final sale. This includes any product that has been embroidered, screen-printed, heat-transferred, or otherwise customized to your specifications.
Please carefully review all artwork, placement, thread colors, and product details before approving production. Hatline Wholesale is not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork or approved proofs.
Eligible Returns (Blank Items Only)
Returns are accepted on blank, undecorated merchandise only, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery
- A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before shipping
- Items must be returned in original packaging when possible
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please contact us immediately at info@hatlinewholesale.com with photos and your order number.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 15 days of delivery.
Return Authorization & Processing
Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions. Please clearly mark the RA number on the outside of your return package.
Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt at our warehouse. Refunds or store credit will be issued after inspection confirms items meet return eligibility requirements.
Fees, Shipping & Store Credit
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns of blank merchandise
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus restocking fees and shipping costs
- Store credit may be offered as an alternative to refunds at our discretion
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting info@hatlinewholesale.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and standard return policies apply.
Custom and decorated orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please review all order details carefully before submitting.
Policy Acceptance & Updates
By placing an order with Hatline Wholesale, you acknowledge and agree to this Returns & Cancellations Policy. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
For wholesale accounts, additional terms may apply as outlined in your wholesale agreement.
